MicroWELT 2.0 LTC
=================

MicroWELT 2.0 is a new, improved and extended x-compatible re-implementation of microWELT currently developed alongside the JPI MYBL / Horizon Europe projects WellCARE_ and SustainWELL_. X-compatibility refers to the ability to compile the source code in two programming technologies, namely `Modgen <https://www.statcan.gc.ca/en/microsimulation/modgen/modgen>`_ and its new open source successor `openM++ <https://github.com/openmpp/openmpp.github.io/wiki>`_.

**MicroWELT 2.0 LTC** is the first application building on the new x-compatible platform. It focuses on projecting long-term care (LTC) demand in hours, care arrangements and care gaps.
